Description of Services:
Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa is a Massage Therapy Clinic located in Saddle Brook, New Jersey providing Therapeutic and Medical Massages services.
All massages are strictly professional massages performed by licensed and insured Massage Therapists. Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa will provide all equipment necessary including massage lotion or oil, towels, etc.

Payment & Fees:
Payment is due after your massage session or at time of booking through our online secure payment system.
Service fees listed at time of booking is the amount you will be charged.
Gratuity is not included in the massage price. Gratuities are appreciated in cash, credit card, venmo, paypal upon completion of the massage.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

• 24 Hours or More Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund if payment was made in advance.

• Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Less Than 5 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 5 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to respect our therapists’ time and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Professional Conduct Policy:

At Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and therapists.

Our therapists reserve the right to terminate a massage session immediately if a client engages in inappropriate behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Inappropriate or sexual touching

• Sexual comments or requests

• Harassment or threatening behavior

• Abusive or vulgar language

• Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol or drugs

• Any behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or professional boundaries of our staff

 

If a session is terminated due to inappropriate conduct, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa reserves the right to refuse future services to any client whose behavior violates this policy.

 

Any disputes regarding professional conduct between a client and a therapist will be reviewed by Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa, whose decision shall be final.

Medical Waiver & Disclaimer:
Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa provides therapeutic massage therapy services. Client agrees to provide any known medical conditions that might be effected by massage services. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any medical conditions to Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa before the start of your massage. Medical conditions include but are not limited to: Heart conditions, stroke, diabetes, skin conditions and cancers.
Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa cannot diagnose any medical conditions or provide referral for medical treatment or tests.

Indemnification:
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa, contractors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of use of any person or facility provided by Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa.

Responsibility:
Massage Therapists are employees and independent contractors who are solely responsible for their actions in connection with the above. Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa is only a referral service providing access to qualified licensed Massage Therapists. Client agrees to hold Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa free from any liability resulting from any actions or interactions of any physical Massage Therapist recommended by Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa.

Privacy:
Any information received from clients shall be deemed strictly personal and confidential and Massage Therapist and Therapeutic Massage & Health Spa agrees it shall not divulge any information received from client to any person or entity without such clients prior written consent except where applicable by aggregate law.
